Become a Key Player as a Senior manager, Category GTM As a Senior manager, Category GTM, you will lead go-to-market strategy for Adobe’s Premiere mobile app while covering a leave of absence on the CSMB Retention team. You will define growth priorities and align cross‑functional partners in product marketing, finance, data science, product, and analytics to deliver measurable ARR and customer growth outcomes. Your leadership will connect customer journey insights to execution across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

Set quarterly and annual OKRs and ARR targets; drive accountability across product marketing, finance, and data science.

Spearhead growth planning across acquisition, engagement, and retention with ASO/ASA, PLG, core product, marketing, global growth, and data analytics teams.

Collaborate on quarterly product releases and drive post‑release optimizations.

Analyze and improve end‑to‑end customer journeys to deliver long‑term growth.

Partner with Analytics to surface trends and build actionable growth recommendations.

Lead testing priorities for marketing and product with focused learning agendas to improve value discovery.

Build and maintain expertise in Premiere’s key customer segments and feed insights to Product for enhanced capabilities.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

BS/BA or equivalent, plus 12+ years in marketing, software, high tech, or management consulting supporting B2C; hands‑on mobile app experience required.

Strong understanding of digital business models and mobile apps; skilled in testing and optimizing customer experiences.

Comfort being measured on real‑world metrics tied to near‑ and long‑term sales success.

Proven success in dynamic environments; ability to anticipate and adapt to shifting priorities.

Experience leading multi‑functional teams to launch high‑impact business initiatives.

Strong problem‑solving skills: assess issues, define options, evaluate, and implement solutions.

Ability to take a stand, advocate a course of action, and communicate supporting facts.

Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Team‑first mindset with strong self‑awareness; global cultural awareness and experience; good sense of humor.

Pay Range $73.24 - $91.55/hour
