General Manager – Victra – Verizon Authorized Retailer You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will be driving high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience. You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, complete trainings, attend weekly sales leadership calls, and motivate your team to excel at every guest interaction.

Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.

Teaching, coaching, and following the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.

Attracting and retaining top caliber employees.

Brand advocacy for Victra.

Providing ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.

Engaging in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.

Ensuring employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete training on time.

Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.

Maintaining store performance through retail inventory compliance.

Engaging in business operations: budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and reporting sales data.

Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base.

Owning store success and managing staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.

Owning all guest escalations and providing timely resolutions.

Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and following up promptly.

Staying up-to-date with new sales promotions to give guests complete solutions.

Compensation Base Pay: $43,888.00 per year. Opportunity to earn a monthly General Manager bonus. The average all-in pay is $83,216 per year.

Requirements

1‑3 years of retail sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.

Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and building high‑performing teams.

Basic interview skills and advanced staffing knowledge.

High school diploma or GED.

One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods.

At least 18 years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift ten pounds.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
