Lead your restaurant’s success by managing the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
Ensure hiring, training, and retention practices meet sale and profit goals, delivering top results for the restaurant.
Possess at least one year of experience as a general manager in the restaurant or retail industry.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service while upholding Company Core Values.
Embrace humility, continuous learning, and proactive leadership to elevate both the team and the business.
