The Defense Sector is seeking a
Lead Logistician
to spearhead the Indo‑Pacific Logistics Integration program in Hawai’i. This role is pivotal in delivering theater‑wide logistics and sustainment support across all INDOPACOM components, ensuring readiness in every operating environment. As Lead Logistician, you will oversee the management and control of program‑wide assets, driving the processes, systems, and methodologies that keep operations efficient, secure, and mission‑ready. What You’ll Do
Provide visionary leadership and cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure program success Oversee Task Order execution, coordinating with Government personnel and agencies to achieve SOCPAC mission objectives Serve as a subject matter expert in theater logistics and sustainment operations, ensuring INDOPACOM mission objectives are met Lead and mentor logistics functional staff, fostering excellence and accountability Manage contract requirements, spend plans, work authorizations, and proposal efforts for task orders and program growth Drive problem resolution across cross‑functional teams and ensure accurate reporting and database inputs Develop and maintain logistics process documentation and training programs Oversee supply chain risk management, vendor lists, and vendor performance Author Basis of Estimates (BOE) for logistics labor and program growth initiatives Ensure compliance with security controls, classification requirements, and evolving technologies Operate onsite near Camp Smith, Hawai’i, ensuring seamless coordination with Government stakeholders Guarantee team readiness through training, certifications, and process integration across functional areas Support budget planning and deliver accurate financial reports and projections What You Bring
15+ years of logistics experience, with at least 10 years leading teams or projects Proven civilian and/or military leadership in logistics program management Expertise managing DoD property, maintenance, and supply chains across CONUS and OCONUS locations Proficiency with DoD supply, maintenance, transportation, and deployment systems Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences Deep knowledge of DoD contracting, FAR/DFARS, and government regulations Experience in logistics planning support using the 12 Integrated Support Elements (Defense Acquisition University) Active
Top Secret (TS) clearance
with eligibility for
TS/SCI access Desired Extras
Logistics experience within USINDOPACOM, subordinate Commands, and Partner Nations in the Indo‑Pacific AOR Familiarity with automation, robotics, AI/ML, and logistics optimization technologies Experience collaborating with PACFLT, PACAF, USARPAC, MARFORPAC, and other military customers Master Logistician certification or DAU equivalent Why Leidos?
