Job Description Summary We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of PayPal’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) technology stack, including Archer, ServiceNow and GRC/IRM. This role drives integration, automation, and reporting improvements to enhance risk and compliance processes. The Product Manager will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams to translate business needs into platform capabilities, shape the ERM tools roadmap for better risk visibility and efficiency, and manage vendor relationships for system upgrades and new feature rollouts.

Essential Responsibilities

Inputs to product strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product.

Implements the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, meeting customer needs and product profitability.

Controls for the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and as an input to decision making.

Monitors metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis.

Manages one or more workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data‑driven decision‑making.

Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.

Participates in operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interfaces with product leadership as needed.

Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 7–10 years in Product Management, Program Management, or Platform Ownership within ERM, GRC, or risk/compliance technology.

Tools Expertise: Hands‑on experience with RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM, or MetricStream (or equivalent).

Risk Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk frameworks (COSO, NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, FFIEC).

Industry Background: Preferably from financial services, fintech, or regulated enterprise environments.

Technical Fluency: Able to discuss data integration, APIs, and automation concepts with engineering teams.

Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Compensation The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350. Actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
