Client Director – Advanced Manufacturing
The Client Director pursues and wins new advanced manufacturing projects while maintaining client relationships. This position identifies high‑potential opportunities, leads the pursuit process from RFP through pre‑construction, and ensures successful project delivery. The Client Director is ultimately responsible for creating profit for RO while exceeding client expectations in the advanced manufacturing sector.
What You’ll Do
Lead pursuit and delivery of cutting‑edge advanced manufacturing projects
Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing clients, architects and engineers
Develop strategic business plans that drive profitable growth
Mentor project teams to deliver excellence on complex manufacturing facilities
What We’re Looking For
15+ years in construction with significant advanced manufacturing experience
5+ years in project management leadership
Proven track record of winning and delivering complex projects
Strong network within the advanced manufacturing sector
