We’re searching for a General Manager for Harriet’s Rooftop who shares these values and will champion them. This role requires a leader who can motivate a team, elevate standards, and cultivate an environment for learning. The ideal candidate is a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions, and is not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome.
About You
Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
Minimum 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
