Nationwide Direct Business Lender at Advantage+ (800) 949-7040 About Advantage+

Advantage+ Financing is a direct commercial lender that has been helping small businesses grow for more than three decades. We specialize in equipment financing for industries that banks routinely avoid. We make fast, common-sense credit decisions and fund deals in hours, not days or weeks. Our reputation has been built the traditional way: consistency, professionalism, straight answers, and service that goes well beyond what competitors call “good.”

We are a relationship-driven organization. Culture matters here. People matter here. The respect we have for each other shows up in the way we work, how we communicate, and how we support our customers and vendors. We operate with high expectations and a high standard of care. We do serious work, and we enjoy the team we do it with.

If you’re wired for relationship building, and you take pride in developing partnerships that last, you’ll fit here.

Business Development Manager

This role exists for one purpose: to bring in the right vendor partners and help them grow with Advantage+. You will represent a lender with a track record of success, a strong reputation, and a customer-first approach. You will be expected to build meaningful relationships with equipment vendors, understand their business, and become the partner they rely on for fast, reliable, no-nonsense financing for their customers.

This is a role for someone who wants a career, not a stopgap job. If you are driven, disciplined, and confident in your ability to open new doors and develop strong partnerships, you’ll do well here.
