What Success in our Operations Manager Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.
Leads effective branch operations, ensuring high-quality service to build client loyalty. Effectively monitors and controls expenses, identifies cost-saving opportunities, uses best practices, systems and dashboards to mitigate financial risks. Fosters a culture of safety, teamwork, and growth. Excels in problem-solving and process improvement, driving innovation and efficiency. Key Areas of Responsibilities
Company Operations: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in service offerings, create action plans to achieve financial targets, and ensure organizational performance in line with company standards. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning for operations departments, monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures. Operational Efficiency: Ensure high quality operational standards, maximize workflows, technology, and information to continuously improve branch performance, manage key performance indicators, and follow dispatch best practices. Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety through continuous coaching, motivation, and setting clear expectations; ensure compliance with training and policies, and monitor safety compliance. Requirements
5-7 years of service operations leadership experience. Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Training Program Completion. We Offer
