Job Type Regular, full‑time, entry level.
Responsibilities
Conduct all hands‑on and classroom training for new hires and make‑ups.
Oversee and manage training checklists for employees being trained.
Learn to carry out all tasks safely and efficiently.
Assist in the production process and learn various production tasks.
Assist with document control and data entry.
Be fully trained in all departments.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Previous work experience in a food safety/manufacturing environment preferred.
Training experience preferred.
Where You’ll Be Working Our Jerome, ID plant processes approximately 7 million pounds of milk per day, producing a wide variety of cheeses (mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, muenster, parmesan, romano, Monterey jack, gouda, asiago) and whey products (deproteinized whey, sweet dairy whey, GMP, permeate, instantized, and BiPro). Agropur’s US operations produce about 1 billion pounds of award‑winning cheese annually and are a leader in whey protein and dry ingredients.
