Signarama Louisville East is seeking an energetic professional to join our Business Development team. This hybrid position includes both inside and outside sales duties.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with inside staff to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
Network at least twice weekly.
Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.
Enthusiastic about the role of signs in marketing.
People‑oriented, organized, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
Compensation Package:
Salary plus commission/bonus.
Salary:
$52,572.00 - $72,500.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am‑12 pm (unless running appointments or networking)
Location:
Louisville, KY 40299 – in person.
Relocation:
Must relocate before starting work.
