Job Summary

Work with large capital process equipment; aseptic systems experience preferred.

Manage international customer relationships and expectations.

Coordinate interdepartmental responsibilities to support global project execution.

Support other project managers on active projects during the initial training period.

Begin managing assigned projects following the onboarding phase.

Understand and contribute to the development of large-scale industrial equipment for pharmaceutical and related applications.

Participate in project management activities including cost variance reporting and coordination with customers and internal teams.

Skills And Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with 4–6 years of relevant experience in process equipment.

Experience supporting customer relationships from order through installation on million-dollar projects.

Must have a working knowledge of large capital process equipment; aseptic experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a technical liaison between customers and vendors.

Self‑motivated, efficient, and capable of working independently in a cross‑functional environment.

Availability to travel domestically and internationally if needed.

What Would Make You a Great Fit

PMP certification is preferred.

Availability to work overtime.

SALARY RANGE

$102,000 - $115,000 per year.
