We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support our initiatives across projects and warehouse operations.
Summary Project Coordinator
– A proactive and detail-oriented individual who supports initiatives across projects and warehouse operations, ensuring program compliance, facilitating training, managing equipment inventory, conducting onsite inspections, maintaining records, and fostering a proactive quality control within a safety culture. This role requires physical aptitude, technical knowledge, and a 24/7 schedule with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce program standards across all job sites, ensuring a proactive and consistent safety & quality approach.
Facilitate new-hire orientation training and dispatching.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, document findings, identify hazards, and verify corrective actions.
Coordinate and track safety training for employees and contractors, promoting knowledge of emergency procedures, PPE usage, and site‑specific protocols.
Support toolbox talks and safety meetings, ensuring team leads have the materials and facilitation guidance.
Maintain necessary levels of PPE for field operations.
Support compliance with OSHA and other applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Assist in incident investigations and root‑cause analyses, maintaining accurate records of incidents and corrective actions.
Partner with management and office personnel to champion safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Ensure all safety documentation, including inspections, training logs, and incident reports, is accurate, organized, and audit‑ready.
Analyze safety trends, suggest performance improvements, and research tools and technologies that enhance safety outcomes.
Manage preventive maintenance inspections and repairs for fleet vehicles, control dispatching, and ensure accountability.
Minimum Qualifications
High school education or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Punctual, results‑oriented, and focused on problem‑solving.
Proficient PC skills with the full Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to self‑manage in planning, organizing, delegating, and decision‑making.
Physical Requirements
Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Regular speaking and hearing required.
Occasional lifting of office products and supplies up to 25 pounds.
Ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk frequently, and bend, stoop, and reach occasionally.
