Responsibilities
Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
Oversees petty cash fund.
Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Walk, sit, stand for long periods of time, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Spend time making repetitive motions such as typing.
Lift up to 25+ lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
Duties
Be indoors, in an environmentally controlled location.
Occasionally may be exposed to outside weather conditions.
Noise levels may be distracting or uncomfortable.
