The incumbent is a skilled and experienced clinical scheduling platform (QGenda/Opentemo/ShiftAdmin) expert and Epic Enterprise Specialist. The focus is on optimizing and overseeing the QGenda platform, specializing in on‑call scheduling, advanced scheduling, capacity management, and clinical effort insights. The role requires deep understanding of QGenda’s and Epic EMR system capabilities, project management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with physicians and advanced practice providers. The incumbent will lead the implementation, roll‑out, and ongoing management of the QGenda platform for all 23 clinical departments. Required Qualifications
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Advanced organizational and project management skills. Advanced knowledge and skill in internal databases, BI applications, tools, and systems (QGenda/Opentemo/ShiftAdmin) & Epic. Advanced interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with managers, professional and technical staff. Ability to serve as an advanced technical leader providing advice, counsel, and analysis on business intelligence issues. Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of University and Medical Center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms. Experience working in Academic Medicine. BS or MHA Degree in Healthcare Management. 3‑5 years’ experience working within Epic EMR and Qgenda/scheduling platforms. Total Rewards
