About the Role AWS Solutions Architects are trusted advisors to our customers, helping them solve their largest business challenges by designing and advising on scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions. As a thought leader who creates and presents content, you will challenge traditional thinking and push boundaries to help customers dream and deliver beyond what they think is possible. Key Job Responsibilities Customers are looking for strategic partners to help them thrive in rapidly changing business contexts. As a solutions architect, you will influence customers’ cloud journey right from the start, guide architectural decisions, help adopt AWS cloud securely and reliably, and deliver tangible business value.
Work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes and recommend best‑practice cloud architectures aligned with their long‑term business needs.
Drive technical solution discussions, solve complex technical challenges, and craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
Act as a thought leader, educate, share best practices, present at events, write white papers, blogs, and run workshops in Korean or English.
Deeply understand AWS platform and architectural best practices, developing specialized knowledge in a technical or industry domain.
Shape the direction of our products and services by gathering customer feedback and collaborating with engineering and service teams.

깊이 있는 기술논의를 통해 고객들이 보안, 가용성, 성능, 운영 편의성 그리고 비용 효율성등의 관점에서 AWS 모범사례들을 적용하여 아키텍처를 설계할 수 있도록 가이드 하고 명확한 답변을 제공합니다.
Thought leader 로서 다양한 규모의 내/외부 행사 등에서 직접 만든 기술 자료를 발표하며 솔루션 데모, 기술 블로그, 기술백서, 팟 캐스트 또는 비디오 클립과 같은 기술 컨텐츠를 한국어로 만들고 공유합니다.
AWS 플랫폼과 다양한 모범사례들을 깊이 있게 이해할 뿐 아니라 적어도 하나 이상의 기술 또는 산업 영역에 대한 지식, 경험 등의 전문성을 바탕으로 고객과 AWS 직원들에게 기술적 도움을 제공합니다.
고객의 피드백에 기반하여 AWS 서비스 팀의 제품 담당자에게 제품/서비스의 발전 방향에 대한 조언을 제공합니다.
A Day in the Life In this role, your technical depth, business aptitude, and ability to steer technology discussions at all levels will enable you to shape the customer journey. You’ll undergo a ramp‑up plan, dive deeply into customer business and technology, help them identify opportunities for AWS cloud, enable success by answering technical questions, removing blockers, delivering workshops, and providing architectural guidance.
Within the first 12 months you will work with a variety of customers, present at the AWS Summits in Seoul and elsewhere in APAC, conduct internal training, and publish blogs and whitepapers. You will also influence product direction by providing actionable customer feedback to service teams.
About the Team You will be part of a supportive team of Builders who are self‑driven, take ownership, earn trust, and deliver results. We look for visionaries who dive deep into business objectives, invent ways to get there, and deliver results on behalf of customers.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) and in designing, building, and operating on‑premise or cloud/virtualization/containers. OR experience building web services with modern languages (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills – presentation for internal/external events, whiteboarding, technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Passion for evangelizing and presenting technical concepts to developers and IT management.
Experience architecting, migrating, or transforming customer requirements to the cloud; cloud‑based architecture design, migration, and large‑scale migration experience.
Experience in Agile Project Management, DevOps, ITIL methodology.
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
