Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical field, with 8+ years in data-intensive roles, ideally within Asset Management or a related industry.* Demonstrated leadership in establishing enterprise data modeling standards across federated data estates and assets.* Ability to develop, communicate, and govern data modeling standards aligned to target information architecture.* Hands-on experience designing high-performing data models for structured and unstructured data in cloud ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, AWS), including data mapping, lineage, classification, cataloging, and enforcing data standards.* Passion for data modeling that enhances data efficiency and understanding for all users.* Proficiency with data modeling tools (Erwin, Hackolade, etc) and maintaining a central enterprise model repository.* Collaborative approach with outstanding communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.* Understanding of asset management or financial markets.* Knowledge of RBAC, security models, role entitlements, and data security.* Experience with AI data readiness and modeling for AI.Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.
