A highly respected and growth-oriented CPA firm in Scottsdale is expanding its Tax Department and is seeking strong Senior Tax Associates up through Senior Tax Managers. This is a rare public accounting opportunity offering
true 40-hour workweeks year-round , strong mentorship, and significant bonuses tied to performance.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and/or review individual, partnership, S-corp, C-corp, trust, and estate tax returns
Client Relationship Management will be a large aspect of this role
Support tax planning and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, family-owned businesses, and closely held entities
Conduct tax research and help resolve complex issues
Participate in client meetings, contribute to developing solutions, and strengthen client relationships
Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on workflow, process improvements, and client deliverables
Mentor, train, and support junior staff (Senior–Manager levels)
Role Requirements Senior Tax Associate
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA-eligible and actively pursuing licensure
2–5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong technical foundation in individual and business taxation
Desire for career growth with a steady, predictable workload
Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager
CPA required
5–12+ years of experience in public accounting
Proven experience reviewing complex returns and managing client relationships
Ability to supervise teams, manage deadlines, and lead engagements
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
