Job Function: Urology Opportunity – AdventHealth Altamonte Springs/Lake Mary (on-site)
Overview AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a dynamic and hard‑working general urologist to join our team in Central Florida. The new physician will join three current urologists at our Altamonte Springs practice and help grow our outpatient presence in Seminole County, based in the Lake Mary area.
Responsibilities • Inpatient call coverage at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs (rotation with partners).
• Build a vibrant outpatient practice in Lake Mary.
• Work a shared call model with other urologists and APPs, making weekend call less frequent.
• Perform robotic surgery (available within our system).
• Potential ASC investment opportunities.
Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology.
• Minimum of three years experience preferred.
• High caliber, quality focused, innovative physician.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Practice Description Benefits include call coverage, competitive compensation, occurrence‑based malpractice coverage, paid leave days, CME days and allowance, 403(b) retirement plan, health insurance for physician and family, and relocation allowance. The practice management model allows physicians to focus on clinical medicine.

AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, our first satellite campus, is a 393‑bed facility that serves >160,000 patients yearly, performing 12,000 surgical cases and 98,000 outpatient procedures. A new 10‑bed level‑2 NICU has also been added.
Community Description The area offers convenient access to beautiful homes, downtown urban living, shopping, great schools, and world‑class attractions such as Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. Orlando hosts major league sports teams and numerous universities.
