In one sentence TheServices Business Leader builds, leads, and develops teams to achieve business unit goals in terms of booking, revenue, profitability, operations, and delivery. Guides the vision and overall business development strategy.

What will your job look like? You will lead the establishment and continuous evolution of the Program Management Office (PMO)for the Amdocs Americas mobile delivery organization, driving strategic governance, delivery excellence, and financial discipline across a diverse portfolio of telecom software programs.

You will set the vision, objectives, and performance targets that ensure predictable, high-quality, and profitable delivery for our customers. Acting as a unifying force across delivery, architecture, and business functions, you will integrate planning, execution, and reporting frameworks that bring visibility, control, and agility to every engagement.

You will identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, strengthen financial governance, and mature PMO capabilities—implementing standard tools, metrics, and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions. You will champion innovation in governance practices, introducing automation and continuous‑improvement loops that elevate operational maturity and customer satisfaction.

You will gain a deep understanding of our customers’ business drivers, technology roadmaps, and transformation priorities, ensuring our delivery governance aligns to their strategic objectives. Your ability to connect market trends, delivery insights, and financial outcomes will be key in shaping how Amdocs drives growth and value creation across the region.

You will demonstrate inclusive leadership through a matrixed, multi‑vendor environment—attracting, developing, and empowering top talent. By coaching delivery managers, scrum masters, and PMO analysts, you will cultivate a high‑performance culture anchored in accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

You will build open lines of communication across functions and geographies, ensuring consistency and integrity in delivery. Through standardized yet adaptable governance processes, you will drive organizational alignment, strengthen customer trust, and ensure that every initiative meets its commitments in schedule, scope, and financial outcomes.

All you need is... At least 15 years of experience in telecom or large‑scale software delivery, including a proven record of leading complex, multi‑vendor programs exceeding $10M in value.

Demonstrated expertise in establishing and maturing PMO and governance frameworks, driving delivery consistency, and ensuring organizational alignment across distributed teams and business units.

Experience in customer engagement and executive stakeholder management, serving as the trusted advisor and single source of truth on delivery health, risks, and financial performance.

Proven success in leading large, cross‑functional organizations—involving 200+ resources across multiple geographies—through structure, coaching, and empowerment.

Strong understanding of telecom software domains such as RAN, OSS/BSS, or network management systems, and familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, and Change Management frameworks.

A growth mindset and the ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability across multicultural teams.

PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred; MBA or Engineering degree is an advantage.
