Position Highlights

Clinical responsibilities to include mostly outpatient and some inpatient treatment with a focus in gynecologic malignancies, with the opportunity to provide optimal treatment outcomes with compassionate patient-centered care

This is a unique opportunity for an oncologist to provide chemotherapy treatment while also helping shape the future of gynecologic medical oncology research through participation in, or initiation of, clinical trials

The ideal candidate must participate in clinical research relevant to women’s cancers and demonstrate a commitment to research as shown by submission of publications and presentations on international and national stages

Base Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 (Assistant Clinical level). The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.

Qualifications

Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree, fellowship trained, and Board certified/eligible

The selected candidate for the position must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license

Some years of experience as an academic gynecologic cancer oncologist with excellent clinical skills desired

Be well versed in the state of cancer care and the latest research and innovations
