Orthocenter is seeking a
Hand Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon
with a focus on generalist trauma to join our well-established and growing practice in Central New Jersey. Whether you're fresh out of fellowship or bring 5–10 years of experience, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a program focused on trauma care and common orthopedic issues.
With a strong legacy of patient care since 1985, Orthocenter offers a collaborative, high-volume setting across four convenient locations:
Red Bank, Morganville, Holmdel, and Eatontown, NJ . You’ll work alongside senior physicians who are ready to mentor, in a practice that’s proud to deliver expert care.
Based in a vibrant and desirable area of Central New Jersey, you’ll enjoy proximity to New York City and Philadelphia while benefiting from a coastal lifestyle with access to top-rated schools, fine dining, and beautiful beaches—offering a true work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
Provide care for fractures, hand trauma, degenerative cases, microsurgery, and other hand related case
Equal call schedule in conjunction with general orthopedic call coverage (Red Bank, Morganville, Holmdel, and Eatontown), including hospital call at Riverview Medical Center.
Work alongside other orthopedic surgeons and specialists, ensuring comprehensive care for every patient.
Supported by an orthopedic technician and full complement of support staff
Professional Growth & Opportunity
Reasonable expectation for partnership consideration after approximately two years.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $360,000 to $900,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
