Senior Nonprofit Legal Counsel & Governance Leader

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel Director to provide legal support across operations, governance, compliance, and contracts. The role requires a J.D. degree, admission to the New York State bar, and at least four years of legal practice, preferably in a nonprofit context.
