Cardiology Veterinary Assistant/Liaison
who wants to be part of a department that literally changes lives every single day.

Compensation $20 – $23 pending experience & skillset.

What You’ll Do Client & Patient Support
Answering general client inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Relaying doctor messages and medical updates
Organizing the next day’s appointments by reviewing medical records
Accurately entering notes and maintaining detailed patient records
Hands‑On Patient Care
Safely restraining patients for exams, imaging, and procedures
Walking, feeding, and providing comfort to hospitalized patients
Removing patients from IV fluids and transporting them throughout the hospital
Critical Daily Operations
Stocking and maintaining treatment areas
Performing laundry and keeping kennels and floors clean
Checking and managing department voicemail
Ensuring our spaces are organized, functional, and ready for action

You have:

Qualifications We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in veterinary medicine (required)
Experience handling and restraining dogs and cats
Comfort with basic medical terminology and clinical operations
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask like a pro
Ability to take direction well and work with multiple team members
Professional telephone etiquette
Fluent English speaking and reading skills (required)
