Excel Eye Center – Provo/Utah County

Excel Eye Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our well-established, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice. This position will be available due to the retirement of one of our two oculoplastic surgeons. We serve a large and diverse patient population across seven locations, offering a collegial environment and strong referral network.

Position Overview This full-time position will provide the entire spectrum of oculoplastic and orbital surgery, including:

Cosmetic facial and eyelid surgery

Facial aesthetics and therapeutic injectables

Orbital and adnexal tumors

Orbital wall reconstruction post-trauma

Post-Mohs reconstructive surgery

Eyelid malposition and reconstruction

Lacrimal system disorders

Thyroid eye disease

Pediatric and congenital oculoplastic conditions

We are seeking a surgeon who is passionate about both functional and cosmetic oculoplastic surgery, and who values the independence, entrepreneurship, and efficiency of a high-volume multi-specialty private practice. The position includes the opportunity to work across multiple office locations in Utah Valley, allowing you to serve a broad patient base and build a diverse surgical practice.

Qualifications

MD/DO degree with completion of an ACGME‑accredited ophthalmology residency

Fellowship training in oculoplastic/orbital surgery required

Member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS)

Board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology

Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Utah
