We are excited to bring on a

Talent Acquisition Manager

focused on hiring for the

TurboTax Live Expert Network . In this highly impactful role, you will lead a

large, global team

of talented recruiters responsible for ensuring the Expert Network has the high-quality tax and financial experts it needs to provide world-class, on-demand support to our customers.

You will steward the process of high-volume, seasonal hiring for thousands of experts annually in both virtual roles and retail locations across the country. Key hiring areas will include credentialed

Tax Experts, CPAs, EAs

and other specialized roles. You will be responsible for creating and executing the

Talent Acquisition Strategy

for this critical group. You will partner closely with the Expert Network leadership team to drive focus on understanding talent needs short and long term, filling key openings, and strategically driving our future-oriented talent pipelining efforts. Responsibilities

Drive Strategic & Data-Driven Talent Acquisition

Be the strategic advisor to business leaders, developing and executing diverse talent strategies that directly support Intuit's strategic direction, Bold 2030 Goals, and core values.

Focus relentlessly on the customer problem in talent acquisition, leveraging

data and experimentation

to drive impactful outcomes.

Generate and synthesize data-driven insights from multiple sources to influence decision-making, with the ability to

diagnose the root cause of high-volume recruiting issues

and build cases for change.

Develop detailed plans to mitigate risks and address bottlenecks in the high-volume, global, and seasonal hiring funnel.

Maximize the impact of talent acquisition through effective use of tools and technologies, building

scalable and automated solutions . Embrace an

AI-first mindset

within the team.

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

Manage, lead, and develop a large, diverse team of recruiters, fostering a culture of shared ownership, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Accelerate team performance in identifying and recruiting a 'Builder' mindset, emphasizing recruiting expertise, business acumen, and innovative, scalable solutions.

Champion a Culture of Excellence and Innovation: Cultivate an inclusive, high-trust environment that encourages constructive debate and calculated risk-taking. Continuously elevate the bar for talent through research-driven targeting and robust assessment methods.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Leadership

Operate as One Integrated TA Team:

Collaborate effectively with in-country & global peers to ensure seamless end-to-end talent delivery and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition organization. Embrace transparency and accountability for results.

Translate Strategy into Action & Drive Change:

Convert strategic vision into actionable, end-to-end change plans. Lead and energize cross-functional teams (e.g., Expert Ops, HR Partners, Finance) to execute these changes, remaining agile and resilient.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing talent acquisition team of at least 5-10 people in a fast-paced, high-growth commercial organization.

Required:

Demonstrated ability to be highly

data-driven

and

detail-oriented , with a proven track record of

diagnosing root-cause issues

in complex hiring funnels and

developing risk mitigation plans .

Required:

Significant experience managing

high-volume, seasonal, or global hiring

programs, particularly those supporting remote/virtual roles.

Preferred:

Strong track record of successfully managing talent acquisition for

retail locations, field operations, or other distributed/on-the-ground networks , including handling the unique operational complexity of these environments.

Experience partnering and influencing a senior executive team.

Demonstrated ability to influence successfully and achieve goals by partnering across a matrix of peer TA leaders, business leaders, HR partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and external partners.

Experience supporting

go-to-market recruiting

is required (sales, marketing, customer success/support, or similar field-based networks).
