Position Information Position: Medication Partner
Position Type: Full‑Time
Location: Springfield, Missouri
Starting wage: $17.50–$20.00 per hour
Shift schedule: Week 1: Tuesday & Wednesday, Friday | Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 pm–7:00 am

To be an “Advocate of Empathy”: Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy. It will be your job to create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

Ensure the proper administration of medication.
Maintain medication carts and proper record‑keeping.
To be “Proactive” with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Appropriately certified per state guidelines; certification must be active and in good standing.
Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co‑workers.
Can read, write, and communicate in English with our residents.
Positive and energetic attitude; loves our residents.
Possesses computer skills to print documents and enter information about our residents.
Active: role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
Able to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Can assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after‑fall assistance.
Must be criminally cleared.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable. Must pass a health screening by a physician within 6 months prior or 7 days following employment, free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening and annually thereafter.
