What You'll Do
Lead business development pursuits and nurture relationships within the developer-led housing market.
Manage full project lifecycles, overseeing schedules, budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide design leadership—from early concept through construction documentation—producing high-quality graphics and presentations.
Represent Mithun in client, community, and design-review settings as a persuasive spokesperson.
Mentor rising talent and champion inclusive, collaborative teamwork.
What You Bring
15+ years of post-graduate architectural experience with complex mixed-use housing projects over $100M.
Architectural registration plus B.Arch or M.Arch.
Deep market connections in Seattle, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, and a track record of business development success.
Expertise in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital workflows.
Proven ability to lead large design & technical teams while staying hands-on with conceptual design and sketching.
Strong communication, client relationship, and presentation skills.
