Position Summary: The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive go-to-market strategies, positioning, and demand for digital payment and engagement solutions tailored to utilities and government sectors. The role demands market insights, positioning expertise, and strategic messaging skills. You will represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to foster adoption, differentiation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the utilities/government ecosystem, B2B SaaS, and successful product marketing execution. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Analyze industry shifts, customer communication preferences, and regulatory changes. Develop outcome-based messaging and compelling value propositions for stakeholders. Translate complex product features into clear, value-driven content for various personas. Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Management for go-to-market strategies on new products, launches, and expansions. Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and case studies. Collaborate on campaigns with demand and partner marketing teams to increase awareness and pipeline. Work with Customer Marketing and Customer Success to identify advocates and develop reference stories. Engage with clients and prospects to validate messaging and gather feedback. Train sales teams on messaging, use cases, and differentiation within the insurance vertical. Support strategic deals with tailored messaging and positioning guidance. What We're Looking For: 5-7 years of product marketing experience Deep understanding of utilities and digital transformation trends Proven experience marketing B2B SaaS solutions, preferably in payments Strong communication, storytelling, and go-to-market skills Excellent analytical skills and ability to articulate insights effectively Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally Self-starter with a data-driven, customer-centric approach Experience leveraging AI insights and automation for market execution Exceptional communication skills across audiences from C-level to entry level Positive attitude, curiosity, and a commitment to learning Preferred Experience: Experience in EBPP, billing platforms, or payment technology Familiarity with core CIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) Proficiency with AI and analytics tools for customer insights Experience with product launch frameworks and go-to-market planning Base salary is one component of total compensation, which may include bonuses or commissions. Compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Compensation Range:
