Profinium Bank Scope: You will report all of the organization’s fiscal operating results utilizing generally accepted accounting principles, ensuring the safeguard of the organization’s assets. You will counsel senior management on fiscal control & profitability; prepare, present, & interpret financial reports to senior management; and ensure compliance with tax laws & regulations to accurately reflect the financial position of the organization. You will provide leadership, training, & supervision over the finance, accounting, IT, & maintenance departments. You will assist in developing the organization & department financial goals. You and your team are key contributors to generating organizational results. Key Responsibilities:
Accounting, Tax, Financial Management & Reporting (30%) : Develop accounting procedures for timely, accurate financial reporting; oversee budgets for the holding company, bank, departments & subsidiaries; coordinate regulatory reporting; manage the report-generating vendor for accuracy & timeliness; ensure integration of technology data and reports. Leadership / Management / Accountabilities (25%) : Supervise finance, IT, & maintenance staff; lead strategic initiatives; conduct performance reviews; participate in community activities; serve on the Board of Directors; promote a positive environment aligned with core values. Funds & Investment Management, Asset Liability & Balance Sheet Management (20%) : Manage investment portfolio; research funding sources; chair the Asset/Liability Management Committee; develop balance sheet management reports; ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
