The Client Specialist is welcoming, friendly, and interested, and always puts the needs of the customer first. When not with customers or doing outreach, the Client Specialist is expected to complete tasks to support the omni-channel experience.Essential Functions:Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience allowing you to build and cultivate customer relationshipsEmbrace and be proficient with technologyProduct knowledge expert and ambassador for the brand/category, sells with a confident fashion voiceParticipate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the roleQualifications and Competencies:High School Diploma or equivalent required1-2 years related experiencePractices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise mannerExcellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levelsAbility to think creatively, strategically and technicallyAbility to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needsPhysical Requirements:Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or departmentMay involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color visionFrequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactionsFrequently lift/move up to 25lbsSTORES00
