Base pay range

Join the team thats making our goal a reality. As part of the front-end team, youll build user-centric mobile applications and play a key role in a mission-driven initiative. We revolutionized small-dollar lending; this opportunity is a chance to join the ground floor on a new product. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable React Native applications for the new product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly features and product enhancements. Optimize app performance and resolve bugs to ensure seamless user experiences. Mentor other engineers and drive the adoption of coding best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in React or React Native development. Expertise in performance optimization, debugging, and scalable mobile app architecture. Experience delivering customer-facing mobile applications in a production environment (App Store, Google Play) Strong collaboration and mentorship skills, with a track record of fostering technical excellence.
