We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr IT SAP Integration & Security Architect to join our team. The Sr IT SAP Integration & Security Architect will lead enterprise architecture and governance across SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), EDI integrations, and security frameworks. This role will define and implement secure, scalable, and compliant architectures connecting SAP S/4HANA with manufacturing, HRMS, and partner ecosystems. Responsibilities include driving integration and interoperability through SAP BTP and EDI, enabling IT‑OT security alignment with SOX and cybersecurity standards, and ensuring operational excellence through proactive monitoring and audit readiness. The position also leads strategic roadmap development for BTP, GRC, and identity governance, optimizes technology investments, and mentors technical teams to foster best practices and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and EDI solutions for supplier, logistics, and customer integrations. Lead end‑to‑end EDI design, including message mapping, trading partner onboarding, transaction monitoring, and error handling. Define and maintain enterprise EDI standards for consistency across systems. Partner with SAP functional teams and external networks to ensure smooth, compliant, and real‑time data exchanges. Govern EDI exception management, analytics, and process automation to ensure high availability and transparency. Define and lead the GRC and SOX compliance architecture across enterprise systems including SAP and non‑SAP landscapes. Evaluate and implement Identity & Access Governance (IAG) solutions not limited to SAP IAG to ensure cross‑platform access governance and compliance. Develop frameworks for access controls, role governance, SoD analysis, audit reporting, and continuous compliance monitoring. Collaborate with CIO and internal audit to align IT and OT security policies with enterprise GRC and SOX objectives. Drive readiness for internal and external audits through standardized documentation, dashboards, and evidence automation. Work closely with the CIO to define and implement a holistic security architecture covering IT and OT domains. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and network segmentation standards for industrial systems. Design secure integration, authentication, and encryption mechanisms for SAP BTP and connected applications. Establish proactive vulnerability management, identity federation, and access control policies across environments. Promote a Zero‑Trust security model and ensure alignment with Amplify’s enterprise risk framework. Oversee technical support and operations for BTP, EDI, and security integration components. Establish governance for incident management, root‑cause analysis, and preventive actions. Define and monitor operational KPIs (availability, latency, throughput, compliance). Collaborate with managed service providers and SI partners to ensure SLAs, service quality, and audit adherence. Enable knowledge transfer and documentation for operational continuity. Develop and maintain a multi‑year roadmap for BTP, EDI, IAG, and GRC domains. Optimize license utilization across SAP BTP, integration connectors, and GRC platforms. Partner with the CIO and leadership to align investments with Amplify’s digital transformation and compliance strategy. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methods that strengthen integration, automation, and governance. Engage closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into executable SAP solutions. Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Security to ensure alignment with corporate technology and data governance frameworks. Mentor IT team members, building capability across the SAP functional team. Serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership on SAP solution design, roadmap alignment, and innovation opportunities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in SAP BTP (CPI/EDI) and security architecture Demonstrated experience implementing GRC and IAG solutions (SAP or non‑SAP such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra) Proven understanding of SOX controls, cybersecurity standards (NIST, ISO 27001), and OT network security Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage across IT, security, and business functions Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑design capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across business and IT Demonstrated leadership in multi‑vendor, cross‑functional delivery environments Proficiency in managing complexity, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring business continuity during transformation Preferred Skills

SAP Certification in BTP or Integration Suite Hands‑on experience with EDI partner networks Familiarity with cloud IAM and GRC tools (Azure AD, Entra ID Governance, SailPoint, ServiceNow GRC) Experience in manufacturing or industrial OT environments with cross‑domain security Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM, ITIL, and agile delivery frameworks Benefits
