in Danbury, CT. The Lead Administrator works in partnership with the Site Manager and Chief Technologist to oversee the daily operations of assigned site(s) and service line(s). The position ensures quality patient care, efficient use of staffing and resources, and compliance with performance and service standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all operational aspects of the site(s), including training, hiring, performance management, payroll, invoicing, scheduling, orientation, and regulatory compliance.

Provide timely communication to management and staff on center and staff performance, events, and issues; administer quality programs and meet key quality and productivity measures.

Order and maintain supply inventory, coordinate billing and pre-certification procedures with Revenue Cycle and Authorization teams, and oversee physician billing documentation.

Coordinate repairs or service of medical equipment to ensure maximum uptime.

Cultivate strong relationships with top strategic referrers to increase volume and improve service delivery.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience in a leadership role, preferably in clinical or operational management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in analytics and performance management.

Local travel required.

Physical Requirements Standard office environment. May be exposed to communicable disease when interacting with patients, radioactive isotopes, and ionizing radiation. Additionally, may be exposed to environmental hazards such as noise and travel.

More than 50% of the time: sit, stand, walk; repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs; see, speak and hear to communicate with patients.

Less than 50% of the time: stoop, kneel, crawl; climb and balance; carry and lift 10‑20 lbs.
