What you will be doing The Manager, ERP Application Development will lead Finance and Grants applications within EIS. They will provide leadership and manage their assigned team, lead optimization initiatives, facilitate communication with stakeholders, and develop resources. They will guide the strategic, tactical and day‑to‑day planning of system implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and sustaining support. They will manage projects with diverse technical and business stakeholders and oversee the complete development lifecycle.
Drive strategic and tactical planning, including affiliate implementations and system enhancements.
Provide leadership for Finance and Grants modules, ensuring operational stability and optimization.
Support EIS and Finance’s operating model transition and strengthen ERP governance across the enterprise.
Improve governance and alignment between Finance and EIS.
Work jointly with project managers, application team managers, and other EIS groups to successfully implement cross‑functional projects and support departmental/organizational goals.
Collaborate with operational stakeholders to prioritize projects and optimization initiatives.
Qualifications Experience Requirements
Five (5) plus years of experience with ERP Development, preferably in Finance and Grants.
Two (2) plus years of management/leadership experience, managing a team through implementation and optimization projects.
Educational/Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
Oracle Certification preferred.
