Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Description As a Senior Superintendent, you will oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, schedules, and quality requirements. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for project execution. Projects include apartments, hospitals, libraries, and educational facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day site operations for ground‑up projects ($20M+).
Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines.
Monitor budgets and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Profile
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent on large‑scale ground‑up projects.
Certifications: OSHA 30 required.
Project Background: Apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools/higher education.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Job Offer Base Salary: $160K for Senior Superintendent.
Bonus: Annual performance‑based bonus.
PTO: 20 days.
