What You’ll Do
Lead all daily operations including project management, customer service, installations, scheduling, and quality control.
Recruit, train, and manage a talented team across sales, installation, and admin roles.
Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability through smart operations and margin management.
Manage P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Ensure full compliance with franchise systems, processes, technology, and brand standards.
Champion an exceptional customer experience and strong culture focused on craftsmanship, service excellence, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of leadership experience in remodeling, home improvement, construction, or residential service industries.
Experience operating within a franchise system.
Strong business management skills including P&L ownership.
A builder—of teams, processes, and culture.
A growth-minded leader comfortable in a startup environment.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
