Responsibilities
Drive pipeline impact – create and execute campaigns that generate leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
Experiment – run data‑driven experiments to improve campaigns and processes.
Create campaigns‑in‑a‑box – turn successful experiments into repeatable programs.
Execute webinar, direct mail, and email campaigns – project manage and execute end‑to‑end to generate pipeline.
Campaign impact analysis – measure performance and generate data‑driven insights.
Enable Sales – partner with Sales and SDRs to maximize impact.
Personalization at scale – use AI tools to personalize campaigns.
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS environment.
Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, Sendoso.
Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and drive strategy improvements.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication.
Strong project management skills, driving multiple projects end‑to‑end.
Data‑driven mindset; committed to experimenting until measurable results.
Copywriting skills and experience creating email, webinar, or web page content.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Growth mindset; curiosity and desire to learn.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,700 – $98,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including job‑related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
