As our VP Strategic Partnership

you’ll: Be a part of our dynamic global Revenue team reporting to the Chief Operating Officer responsible for helping develop, drive and execute our global partnerships program, in-line with GWI’s product led growth strategy. Ensuring that the transition of leads over to the sales team is as seamless as possible, with a customer first approach - building value throughout the partner sales cycle. This role will have direct access to internal teams and will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the wider Partner Programme.

Manage the Partner team

Oversee new partner onboarding processes and ongoing sales training

Conduct regular partner reviews and meetings

Support partners on sales opportunities and liaising with internal revenue teams

Implement strategic partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives

Monitor and report on the performance of partners, using metrics identified by Revenue leadership (KPIs can include new business revenue, customer retention, opportunity creation and conversion) and implement improvement plans as needed.

Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets (New Business & Renewals) and drive growth across each VAR. Additional KPIs include opportunity creation, conversion rates and Average Contract Values.

Manage internal teams to roll out all partner related activities (e.g, sales enablement, marketing, custom research and strategic insights projects and trends reports)

Ensure visibility of partner activities throughout GWI

Maintain Salesforce hygiene and collaborate with revenue teams when the opportunity reaches a stage of being properly qualified

Manage partner/customer agreement and invoicing process

Build value across partner opportunities and ensure each prospect is correctly qualified, and agreed sales structures are followed

Collaborate with internal Account Management team to align on renewals and expansion efforts

Work in close conjunction with adjacent GWI functions such as Research, Product and Trials Teams to exchange knowledge, improve and design new ways of collaborative working and in the interest of better serving our clients

What do I need to bring with me? You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

Experience SaaS sales

Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Salesloft

Extensive experience with alliances and partners preferred

Sales Performance and Metrics

Experience using analytical thought to identify innovative solutions to challenges within your vertical

Experience developing and monitoring key performance goals in your vertical to measure the effectiveness of indies EMEA new business team

Sales Process Enhancement

Experience continuously refining and optimising the new business sales process for independent agencies across EMEA

Identify bottlenecks, streamline procedures, and introduce innovative methodologies to increase efficiency and sales effectiveness

Strong Leadership: Focus on delivery of goals and deals, bringing your team together to achieve these by coaching, inspiring and motivating

Communication skills: Exceptional communication skills across different cultures and regions as you will be responsible for managing partner relationships
