Base pay range $75.00/hr - $84.00/hr
Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and solutions that deliver measurable business growth and operational excellence across diverse domains
Define and govern enterprise analytics strategy, influencing the roadmap for AI/ML capabilities within the platform and promoting best practices across global teams
Architect end-to-end data science solutions, including data acquisition strategies, hypothesis‑driven experimentation, and scalable model deployment
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into mission‑critical platforms
Champion innovation in AI/ML, leveraging emerging technologies such as LLMs, NLP, and reinforcement learning to solve complex business challenges
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related STEM field
5+ years of hands‑on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including prototyping and deploying models in commercial environments
Proven expertise in machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)
Strong experience with distributed computing and storage systems (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Demonstrated ability to design and deploy production‑grade ML pipelines using containerized microservices and orchestration tools
Solid understanding of MLOps best practices for scalable and reliable model deployment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
