- Care Team Model: Type of Anes Model medically directed
- Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
- Active License: PA License; Active License required
- Certifications: ACLS + BLS & PA Child Abuse requirement for license
- Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
