Join us to apply for the Recruiter role at FIFA World Cup 2026™ – Canada, Mexico and the United States. This is a 6‑month temporary contract position that will play a critical role in driving large‑scale workforce hiring and operational readiness for one of the world’s biggest sporting events.

Position Overview
Reporting organizationally to the Head of Recruiting, the Recruitment Manager will facilitate full‑cycle recruitment, lead high‑volume hiring initiatives, and transition to operational support during tournament events. The role demands strong project management, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from initial talent sourcing and screening to selection and offer negotiation.
- Handle a high‑volume requisition load (150‑250 roles at a time).
- Utilize modern Project Management tools, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR technologies to attract, nurture, and manage talent pipelines and onboarding.
- Project manage, prioritize effectively, and work independently to meet evolving deadlines.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (candidate quality, source effectiveness, time to fill) and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Execute recruitment strategies for high‑volume tournament‑time roles and niche skill sets.
- Transition seamlessly from recruitment to operational support during tournament events, assisting with staff mobilization and management.
- Collaborate with HR and workforce teams to adapt recruitment processes for high‑intensity, time‑sensitive requirements.
- Coordinate with operational teams to align recruitment with logistical and staffing needs during tournament phases.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR/Workforce functions.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Deep knowledge of modern CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to project manage, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent client service skills and experience facilitating multiple business units.
- Self‑motivated with a self‑directed approach to work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in social media sourcing platforms.
- Adaptable and experienced in facilitation and negotiation.
- Experience working within multicultural or multinational organizations preferred.
Languages
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.
Technology
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project), planning software, online collaboration tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and project management systems.
- Strong capability to maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity, and coordinate multiple workflows in a high‑volume environment.
