Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Warehouse Lead. The Warehouse Lead Associate coordinates activities of the warehouse team, provides coaching and guidance to workers, and works alongside the team to ensure maximum productivity. The Associate follows direction from the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, enforces all safety, GMP and SQF policies, and is required to be certified in operating all material handling equipment as needed.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry for all inventory and produce invoices
- Singular point of contact for all communication with the Procurement team
- Responsible for all EOD communication with finance team, including scanning receipts
- Coordinate door availability for inbound and outbound drivers
- Ensure the daily workload is equally distributed based on priority and ability
- Provide employee instructions and advice on properly performing tasks, such as stocking production materials
- Continuously improve in all areas, ensuring actions benefit HelloFresh and comply with policies
- Train new employees on standard operating procedures (safety, GMP, SQF, PPE, hygiene)
- Report defective equipment or questionable conditions to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
- Update data in the computer system; must be able to use computers and type/data entry using Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent basic math skills with accuracy and quickness
- Results‑driven and detail oriented
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related experience preferred
- Certification as a power material handling equipment operator expected
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
Work Environment
The employee works in a manufacturing and assembly environment, regularly exposed to cool/cold temperatures (10‑40 °F), fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise.
Physical Demands
The role usually requires standing, walking, stooping, reaching, lifting for 10–12 hours with or without accommodation. Hands, vision, hearing required. Must regularly lift up to 25 lb, occasionally up to 50 lb.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full‑time position. Days and hours vary by shift. Overtime may be required. The Warehouse Lead is expected to work the hours necessary to complete daily assignments.
