We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the team at the Golf Clubhouse – ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and the smooth operation of this unique and iconic venue.

Your Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee all front-of-house operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain the welcoming, polished atmosphere the Golf Clubhouse is known for. You will lead, train, and motivate a dedicated team, working closely with the kitchen to deliver a refined yet relaxed dining experience that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
Where you’ll make an impact
Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow
Train, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage team to uphold high service standards
Deliver warm, attentive, and professional guest service at all times
Manage rosters, labour costs, and inventory requirements
Oversee reservations, seating plans, and guest flow during busy service periods
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
Maintain presentation standards for the venue, service areas, and team
Support planning and execution of special events and group bookings
Monitor financial performance, assist with budgeting, and manage reporting duties
Foster a positive team culture built on communication, respect, and excellence
What we’re looking for
You are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for great service, strong leadership instincts, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. You thrive in a premium environment, lead by example, and enjoy mentoring a high-performing team.
To be successful, you will need:
Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role in a high-quality dining venue
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A hands‑on approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced service environment
Demonstrated experience managing teams, rosters, guest service, and daily operations
Nationally Recognized Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and split shifts as required
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a commitment to excellence
