Cabin Lead Opportunity

While most of our team will be Overnight Camp Counselors, we also have a few Cabin Lead roles available for those interested in stepping into a leadership position and supporting their fellow staff.

Overnight Camp Cabin Leads are counselors with extra responsibility. You’ll serve as the main point person for your cabin, support fellow staff, keep communication flowing, and make sure your cabin group feels safe, organized, and connected. This is a great way to grow your leadership skills while helping create a memorable summer for campers.

What to Expect

• This is a seasonal summer position, with training beginning in late May and camp running from early June through early August.
• You’ll live at camp from Sunday at 5 p.m. through Friday at 5 p.m. each week. Housing and meals are provided while you’re on site.
• You’ll work with different groups of children throughout the summer, creating unique and rewarding experiences in every session.
• You’ll collaborate with fellow counselors as part of a fun, supportive, and diverse team.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old by June 2026 preferred (but not required)
• Experience working with children preferred (but not required)

What We Offer

• $100 bonus for each team member that you refer, is hired, and arrives at camp for staff training
• $250 bonus if you accept our offer of employment before March 1, 2026
• $500 scholarship awarded to one staff member
