LHH is seeking a Temp-to-Hire (Approx. 4 months temping prior to conversion based on performance) Legal Administrative Assistant to sit in our clients office in Raleigh, NC (Fully Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals across various practice areas.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and filings.
- Process mailings, maintain case files (physical and electronic), and ensure accurate document management.
- Assist with billing, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and legal software to manage workflows efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional administrative experience (legal preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions in various formats.
Education
- Associate degree or equivalent related work experience.
