LHH is seeking a Temp-to-Hire (Approx. 4 months temping prior to conversion based on performance) Legal Administrative Assistant to sit in our clients office in Raleigh, NC (Fully Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals across various practice areas.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and filings.
  • Process mailings, maintain case files (physical and electronic), and ensure accurate document management.
  • Assist with billing, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and legal software to manage workflows efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional administrative experience (legal preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions in various formats.

Education

  • Associate degree or equivalent related work experience.
