Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in managing the front desk operations of our organization. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, the Office Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Provide information to clients and customers regarding services and policies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in similar administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
