Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our rapidly growing manufacturing company . The Recruiter will be instrumental in attracting and engaging top talent while fostering a culture rooted in our core values: OWN IT . This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and strategic hiring experience. You will play a critical role in building a workforce that supports our expansion and drives operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage the offer process including salary negotiation, reference checks, and background screenings.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates and metrics to HR leadership on recruitment activity.
Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs or networking events as needed.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles including technical, operational, and administrative.
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
