Description:
System Maintenance, Integration, enhancement efforts related to daily production support of Workers? Compensation Policy systems; New Statutory projects, Application re-engineering efforts for a suite of policy administration systems including underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing systems.
The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, streamline, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:
Assist with new development of upcoming statutory projects Assist with system re-engineering efforts related to the new suite of Policy Administration systems Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing processes Assist with the timely resolution of production issues Assist with system re-engineering and maintenance efforts related to Policy Center written in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .NET Core Assist with security scanning and remediate vulnerabilities Assist with development of web application that meet WCAG guidelines Develop various policy related API and micro webservices Efforts related to integrate policy data to data warehouse/business intelligence system.
Mandatory Qualification:
Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 60 months experience with Workers Compensation Policy Processing, Risk Control, Premium audit, Billing applications 84 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle 84 months experience with Microsoft C# .NET and Object-Oriented Programming, developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET and MVC 84 months experience in static scanning, Third party component Scan and vulnerability remediation 60 months experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, JSON, and HTML, XML, REST API 84 months experience developing web applications conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 60 months experience in using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines 84 months experience with Innotas.
