The Role Atlas Cloud is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team of AI infrastructure specialists. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll help drive revenue growth in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market. You’ll be responsible for developing and closing new business across scale‑up startups, midmarket and enterprise verticals, working closely with marketing, product, and partnerships to accelerate adoption of Atlas Cloud’s compute and software offerings.

This is a hands‑on, quota‑carrying role for a strategic seller who understands complex technology and can translate value to C‑level, engineering, and procurement stakeholders alike.

Based in Menlo Park, CA with significant time in the field meeting clients and prospects

Regular travel to industry conferences and customer sites as needed

Pipeline & Business Development

Identify, engage, and qualify new prospects in the related market segments and verticals.

Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure for AI compute and infrastructure solutions across startup, midmarket, and enterprise customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Develop tailored proposals and ROI analyses that translate technical capabilities into measurable business value.

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM and report regularly on sales progress.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales Engineering and Marketing to convert leads into high‑quality opportunities.

Work with Product and Engineering to align on client requirements and roadmap feedback.

Support co‑sell initiatives with Atlas Cloud’s partners.

Stay current on AI infrastructure trends, GPU availability, and cloud economics.

Represent Atlas Cloud at industry events, demos, and client workshops to build visibility and trust.

Requirements Must‑Haves

4+ years in B2B sales, ideally in cloud, AI infrastructure, or high‑performance compute (HPC).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $30M+ annual quotas.

Strong understanding of technical selling — AI workloads, compute optimization, or hybrid cloud architectures.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for both executive and technical audiences.

CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience selling to regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare).

Familiarity with GPU hardware, Inference® and LLM workloads, and AI orchestration tools.

Existing network across system integrators, OEMs, or data center providers.

Experience in fast‑scaling startups or new market entry environments.
